Lifetime Education
1. The online course you have purchased will be granted access for a minimum of 12 months unless you cause any breach in conduct (see below).
2. After this 12 month period, access to your training course and membership site and mentorship access is discretionary based on your behaviour in the previous 12 months.
3. Fortune Academy will happily continue to allow you access if you have been positively participating in your trading and are continuing to trade and follow the Fortune Academy trading guidelines.
4. Any request for a refund will revoke all access to your trading course and membership/mentorship services.
5. Any slander, offensive behaviour noted against Fortune Academy or any of it’s related product will also result in an automatic ban from all services.
6. If you revoke your request for a refund, depending on whether you have caused any libellous or slanderous behaviour, the online course will be granted access but membership/mentorship services may not be re-instated without any refund to these services.
7. The course content cannot be replicated in any way and no part of the training may be sold or promoted under a new name. In the case of the latter, Fortune Academy will seek legal action against you and all access to your online content and services will be revoked indefinitely with no refund on any services whatsoever.

The 30 day money back guarantee is only applicable if you cannot see any profits after trading the system as directed in the course.
For any refund requests to be recognised as valid, you must only email team@fortuneacademy.co.uk.
No other form of communication on social media, phone-call or SMS will suffice.
1. You must show proof of LIVE trading funds and sufficient proof that you are following the rules set in the Fast Track Forex course step by step.
2. You must provide proof of your trading journal to show entry and exit positions
3. You must show correct use of the Rolling Risk Management ™️ strategy as shown on Fast Track Forex
4. You must not mix any other trading strategies while trading the Fast Track Forex system.
Only if the above criteria are met are you authorised to a full refund for the cost of the training program you purchased.
Please note, any slander or libel action against you will supersede the request for a refund and you will be dealt with in the manner described above.
Lifetime Membership Rules (Upgrade Only)
- You must be part of the Fast Track Forex Lifetime Support private facebook group
- The guidelines must be met and agreed on within this group
- All trading related questions must only be posted on the private facebook group
- Hither will not answer any trading related questions via Whatsapp, email, or via social media messages. She will only respond to questions in the Lifetime Support private facebook group.
- Failure to adhere to this or any rude behaviour to staff will result in a removal from this private group with no refund.
Other Refund Policies
1. If you bought the Fast Track Forex Course without any discount, then you are eligible for a full refund within 14 days as long as you have not accessed more than 3% of the course content, or used the mentorship services or membership groups in any way including any associated facebook groups
2. Once again the refund request is only valid if you email: team@fortuneacademy.co.uk
3. If choosing to pay via payment plan, you will not receive access to the Fast Track Forex course content until the full amount and payment is cleared.
